HubSpot Done Right.
From Day One.
Stop guessing your way through HubSpot. Our done-with-you Workshop-Based Onboarding gets your team fully operational — and actually confident — in 10 weeks.
You're Not the First Team
to Feel This Way About HubSpot.
Before we kick off almost every engagement, we hear some version of one of these three things.
"We need to be up and running in HubSpot fast — not six months from now."
You don't have time for a drawn-out implementation project. You need a working system your team can actually use — and you need it measured in weeks, not quarters.
"We don't want to spend $20K to find out what we actually need — let's get it working first."
You're committed to HubSpot for the long run. But before you make a major investment, you want a working system that proves out the value and shows you exactly where it makes sense to go deeper.
"We've watched all the tutorials. We still don't know where to start."
HubSpot's documentation is extensive. That's part of the problem. Without a strategic starting point tailored to your business, it's easy to spend weeks configuring the wrong things first.
10 Sessions. Real Build.
Real Knowledge Transfer.
Discovery & Strategy
We map your sales process, team structure, goals, and day-to-day operations before touching a single HubSpot setting. Everything we build is informed by this foundation.
Marketing Hub Setup & Training
Contact properties, list segmentation, email sending domain configuration, foundational workflow automation, and lifecycle stage transitions — built and explained as we go.
Sales Hub Setup & Training
Pipeline architecture, deal stages, task queues, contact and company record structure, meeting scheduling, email templates, and sequences — configured to your sales motion.
Reporting & Dashboard Setup
Your first sales and marketing dashboards, built live. We introduce the custom report builder and show your team how to create and adapt reports as the business evolves.
+ 5 Flexible Implementation Hours
Not everything needs to happen on a call. These hours let our team complete well-defined build tasks between sessions — so you aren't waiting on the next workshop to move forward. Scope is agreed upon in advance, and you only use what makes sense.
Common uses include importing contact data, configuring email templates, setting up meeting links, or finishing pipeline details that are ready to build without a live session.
HubSpot-Led Implementation
- ✕ Implementers are not industry experts — you get generalist guidance, not advice tailored to your business model
- ✕ No done-with-you component — you're guided to build it yourself, with limited hands-on help
- ✕ Lengthy delays between sessions — momentum stalls and configuration drags on for months
From Kickoff to Operational
in ~60 Days
The timeline is structured but not rigid. If priorities shift mid-program, the sessions shift with them.
Discovery & Process Mapping
Deep-dive into your sales motion, team composition, goals, and current tech stack. We map what needs to exist in HubSpot before we build a single thing.
Marketing Hub Configuration
Contact and company properties, segmentation logic, email infrastructure, automation foundations, and lifecycle stage workflows — built together in live sessions.
Sales Hub Configuration
Pipeline setup, deal stage architecture, sequences, task queues, templates, and your team's day-to-day CRM workflow — built and trained simultaneously.
Reporting, Dashboards & Handoff
First dashboards built live. Custom report builder walkthrough. Final documentation and action items so your team can keep the momentum going independently.
A Great Fit — And Some
Honest Context
✓ Great Fit
- Teams new to HubSpot who want to build it right from the start
- Companies switching CRMs who need a clean, strategic setup
- Teams who want to combine known business practices with industry best practices
- Organizations in housing, property management, commercial real estate, or related verticals
- Teams who don't have a dedicated HubSpot admin
- Leaders who want their team to actually own the platform — not just use it
✕ Probably Not the Right Fit
- Companies expecting a fully hands-off "plug and play" delivery with no team participation
- Teams with no capacity to engage between sessions or complete assigned steps
- Needs that require extensive custom code, API integrations, or engineering-level development from day one
- Companies that need full HubSpot management post-onboarding (ask us about our HubSpot Admin Retainer instead)

Everything You Need to Know
Before Getting Started
Do we need HubSpot already, or will you help us get set up?
You'll need an active HubSpot portal before we begin. We'll discuss which tier and hubs make sense during the discovery call — and we can help you navigate the licensing decision as a Diamond Partner.
How long are the weekly sessions?
We recommend 45-minute sessions. That's enough time to accomplish meaningful build work, review homework from the previous session, and document action items without losing the team's attention.
What if we only have Marketing Hub or only Sales Hub?
No problem. The session structure is flexible. We'll allocate the 10 sessions to the hubs you have, and adjust the depth of each module based on your specific configuration needs.
Will our team have homework between sessions?
Yes. This is a working program. Your team will likely have steps to complete between sessions — data prep, process documentation, or portal access steps. That participation is what makes the program work.
What happens if we don't use all 10 sessions?
Sessions don't carry over, but they can be repurposed. If your initial configuration moves quickly, extra sessions can be used for advanced training, report building, or preparing for a future sprint.
What industries do you specialize in?
We specialize in the housing industry: property management (residential and commercial), roofing, prop-tech, SaaS, and real estate investment structures including funds, REITs, and syndications. Our strategic guidance is industry-informed — not generic.
How Much Does HubSpot Onboarding Cost?
HubSpot onboarding costs vary widely depending on the provider, scope, and delivery model. HubSpot's own onboarding starts around $3,000 per hub and focuses primarily on guided setup with limited hands-on build work. Agency-led implementations can range from $3,000 to $25,000+ depending on the number of hubs, integrations required, and whether training is included.
Geekly Media's Workshop-Based Onboarding is priced at $4,500 as a one-time investment. That includes 10 weekly live sessions covering Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Reporting setup, plus 5 flexible implementation hours for off-session build work. Additional hours are available at $85–$285/hr depending on complexity.
What makes this pricing model different: there's no ongoing retainer required to get started, and the workshop format means your team gains the skills to manage and evolve the portal independently — reducing long-term dependency costs.
